Orders are taken ANYTIME of the day. We do offer same day delivery 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday in Metro Vancouver.
Cutoff time is 8:30PM, so please order before that in order to receive your order on the same day, any orders after this time will be delivered early on the next day.

Deliveries generally occur 8:30pm – 10:30pm (but we also always try to accomodate your preferrable delivery time).

You probably won’t have contact with the delivery, as most are contactless delivery (unless otherwise asked)

We are an online store. All items are delivered directly from our warehouse.
We pack your order with love, but all that love is hidden under the plain brown paper bags.
We then seal it, and most importantly – hide your name and address on the package.
As much as we wish – your neighbours won’t get jealous of your delivery!

Free Shipping on all orders over $99 but you are welcome to include any tips because we will have to pay extra for any shipping options.
We understand that you may want it to be discreet.
It will be shown as a generic name of a nail salon/spa company.
We understand things change. In most cases your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day, so you get it quickly.
So technically we can’t really cancel it — unless you do it within an hour or so.
